Horrible tech support from Origin/EA. I reported the error, shared my system details, and they advised me to open a ticket. I opened a ticket and included the Origin Report ID. They called me 30 minutes later, and immediately disconnected the call. I "Resumed" the open ticket requesting a call to resolve the issue asking them to not hang up on me before we even talk...25 minutes later I get a call from EA, and again they disconnected after one ring.
I really don't appreciate that the Origin/EA call center is technically fulfilling an SLA by calling customers, yet failing to actually assist customers since they just make sure that the phone logs show that a call was made. I'm at about the point of never purchasing an EA/Origin game again.
