Dragon Age inquisition won't launch

I actually got a decent reply from EA and (I think) it fixed it for me.  I've been playing with my drivers and my system is all messed up at the moment, but I actaully got an error message and it looked like the game was trying to launch.  I have to figure out which drivers I use to have (my rig doesn't see my GPUs right now....  thanks DA:I for suggesting beta drivers :-\), but hopefully this helps someone else out there.

These are the steps which should fix our issue.

Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R
In the Run box type: %temp% and press Enter
When the folder containing all temporary files opens press and hold the CTRL button and the letter A to highlight all files in that folder
Press the Delete key.
When prompted to verify if the files should be deleted, click Yes.
Any files that cannot be removed can be safely ignored.

Click on the Processes tab to view the list of active processes.
Click on any program listed in this window, other than those listed directly below, and press the End Process button.

Press and hold the 'Windows' Key followed by the 'R' key to open up a prompt window.
In the prompt window, type 'msconfig.'
When you have finished typing, click OK. At this point, you should now see the multi-tabbed System Configuration dialog box.
Click on the 'General' tab
Choose the 'Selective startup' option
Uncheck the 'Load startup items' box.
Open the 'Services' tab.
Check the 'Hide all Microsoft services' option at the bottom of the tab.
Click the 'Disable all' button.
When prompted, restart your computer.

Edit - After being optiomistic, these suggestion didn't work for me.  After 4 more chat sessions and 5 hours of uninstalling/reinstalling graphic drivers, I still didn't have any luck.
