Same for me.. Some tech guy from EA advised same **bleep** to remove temp files.. I've been supposrting PCs and networks and let me tell you temp files have nothing to do with it.
It's that damn cloud server. All this cloud business is one big giant failure.
Installed the game yesterday and played for hours. Today - nada, ziltch, zippo.
Just black screen with some Windows had to close program or something, or if I stop the client and start directly from the game there's some IGO Windows DX9 message (how DX9 on a Win8-64bit machine is beyond my comprehention)..
Exact same issue. I have 68 hours of gameplay logged and today 11/25 it's not launching.
I tried clearing my Origin cache. I'm a little afraid to uninstall/reinstall with that much time played.
