Guys. I tried to run this with a Core Duo and OFC it didnt work. I went out and picked up a used Core 2 quad 9400. Guess what, it didnt work. So I messes with my computer all day and about 20 min ago I got past the auto save portion and its working. The thing I did was looked in my task manager. Click performance, then resorce manager and noticed that I wasnt running all my cores. Clicked my RUN box and typed MSCONFIG. clicked boot, Advanced options, it should say how may processers you are running. If its not running 4 you aint running this game. To change it I had to use a program called EasyBC. Its free. Once you have it open it and click Advanved Settings, then click Developer and change the Windows CPU/ Core limit to (zero) 0. Then click Save Settings. After you save turn off the comp. DONT RESET OR LOG OFF. POWER OFF. When you reaload Windows do the MSCONFIG again Click ADVANCE OPTIONS set it to the amount of Cores you really have (dont lie) click ok. Next you click boot log and the os boot information box. Apply. Click make all boot setting permanent. It will warn you that its permanent yada yada yada. Click do it and the PC will want to reset. When you reset you should be able to run this game on Windows 7. Everyone else you can try it out but I didnt try this on Windows 8. Task manager will show you all cores running with 100%.
@whobannedmario: It worked so far. thanks a lot mate.
