dragon age inquisition world state will not import

I have a similiar problem.  I have Alistair as a drunk, as my character married the queen.  I put that in my world state, but I keep hearing about king Alistair, so it obviously isn't working.  I've tried twice with no success.  The game tells me I have the world state in my game.  What a joke.  Soooo many broken things in this game.  It would litterly take me hours to report everything screwed up. So much for the great return of Bioware.

Did you by any chance use a different email address when you started creating the Keep? 

It's possible that your XBOX Gamertag might be connected/linked to an Origin ID that has a different email which is why they cannot sync.
