You can try going to C:\Users\[YourUsername]\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save and see if there are too many files in there. If that's the case, make a backup of them and move some of them to another location.
If the problem persists, it could be due to OneDrive Interference. If your Documents folder is synced with OneDrive, it may be full or causing permission issues:
- Move the BioWare folder from OneDrive\Documents to your local C:\Users\[YourUsername]\Documents.
- Disable OneDrive backup for Documents: Open OneDrive > Settings > Backup > Manage Backup. - Uncheck "Documents" and confirm.
