Dragon Age Keep 500 Internal Server Error

Haven't played DA:I in ages, so I decided I'd repurchase on Steam to get back into the swing of things! (Mostly because I just prefer Steam nowadays to keep my games in one place).

While it's installing, I went to the Keep to set up my world state, only to see that it's not working.

When I click the Sign In button, it opens a new window which displays:

500

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected error and was unable to complete your request.

Please try again later.

In case it's important at all, I'm using the most current version of Firefox and I have my VPN off.
