Dragon Age Keep, Error Oops an error occurred!

I have been attempting to access my Dragon Age Keep to create a new world state for four days now, but I keep receiving an error message, "Oops, an error occurred. Please refresh and retry". I have contacted support via chat and phone, and both advised me that it is a bug, and they will make a bug report. However, they also told me that this game is too old, and they will no longer support it, so I don't have high confidence that a bug report will solve my issue and I would like to get this resolved somehow. 

Things I have attempted:

- Tried on both Chrome and Edge, clearing my cache on both browsers

- Cleared cache on EA app

- Tried from another PC, as well as my mobile device

- Attempted from another network

- Rebooted all the devices I've attempted to open the keep on

Things that have worked:

- I am able to access the tapestries on my other EA account

- My husband is able to access his account as well

My theory is that something I changed on my world state (which I did just a week ago), is causing an issue where it's causing my tapestry to crash whenever I try to access it. I asked support if they are somehow able to wipe my world states on my account to see if it will resolve the issue, to which they said they cannot make changes on my account. Any assistance would be appreciated!
