Community Manager@sonic65101 Have you reset Chrome to default, updated it, or uninstalled it? I tried in Chrome on multiple devices and was able to get in.
It was still occurring after just updating Chrome, and I don't want to go through the trouble of resetting it, but I think it may just be an issue with my particular installation because after you said that, I decided to try it in Chrome on my phone and it worked there, so I guess this isn't an issue after all.

Just so you're aware, the same thing is happening to me in Chrome and Edge on the same chapter of the story.
