Just so you're aware, the same thing is happening to me in Chrome and Edge on the same chapter of the story.
Community Manager@ShonaSoF Does this happen only in Chrome on a PC, but does work on your phone? Does this happen on any Chrome browser on any device?
Also, are you logged into your Google account across all devices? If so, log out, clear cache and browser history from all devices. As Chrome shares data on its browsers, it is good to test that and also logged into another Chrome profile to see if its the data on the profile or the browser itself.
