Hello. How or where I can find my exactly choices from DAO and DA2 to put in correctly on Keep? I have a lot of things i don't remember. And other question, what is the function of the padloc...

Well, if you want to refresh your memory, it is probably best to visit the Dragon Age wikia:

The complete quests and outcomes are discussed for DA: Origins and DA2. But there is no quick and easy site with detailed information specific to each decision in the Keep. But use google as a few gaming sites like Kotaku did some articles on some of the various decisions.
I played a couple days of The Last Court before I got bored of the pay to play (or don't pay and wait), but so far I've seen only minor references in the game to it. So it is not necessary to have played it to enjoy DAI. And no information related to it is imported from the Dragon Age Keep.
