Update: I've contacted EA Help again and directed their attention to this forum. They do not currently have a fix, and because this is an in-game issue they've forwarded this information to a specialist. I was told to watch this forum for updates on the issue now that it has been reported to the specialist.

If everyone paid attention to the old threads in this forum you would have noticed that one other person and I contacted EA and they said a specialist is working on problem now and that they have been working on it since for about 2 days. they think I has to do with the game files and the keep that they sync too. and the temporary fix that has worked so far proves it.
