[XBox One] Ditto. Just spoke with a helpful EA CSR who checked with a specialist, after running me through some diagnostics that might have but didn't solve the problem. This is a known issue. They're working on it. I was told to watch the forum for updates.
Given the problem seems to be almost three days old, I'm not sure the solution is minutes away, but the world is full of surprises.
