Dragon Age Keep Internal Error 500

Hi, I'm trying to start a new game on Inquisition and personalize my decisions via DA Keep, but it keeps bringing the same error over and over again. :(

500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

The server encountered an unexpected error and was unable to complete your request. Please try again later.

I've tried using different browsers, even trying it on my phone, but it keeps stating the same issue.

How can this be fixed? Is there any other way to import my saves without using this page?

    Hey, folks

    Thanks for the replies on this one. I have reached out to the team to have looked at. I tested it myself and I am not able to get in either.

    I will let you know once I get an update on this one. This specific error must be resolved on the backend, and you cannot do anything on your end. 

    There are random workarounds that have helped when the site works for others, but it happens to just about everyone.

    Chantmasterr​ I just logged in again. Team verified they updated all the wires and breakers on the backend and everything should be golden.

    I tested DA Keep on my phone just now and it’s working. I’ll test on my PC once I get home tonight

    Keep is working on my end! Gonna see if I can finally get my new world state to erase the old one from 2024. Hope it's working for everyone else now.

    Same problem, maybe the developers should consider releasing an offline version?

    I’m glad I’m not the only one! I recently bought Dragon Age: Origins the only game of the series I haven’t played and wanted to update my keep as I played but this issue keeps happening! Hopefully this gets fixed soon I’d really like to play the rest of the series with my choices.

    This is the reply I got from EA Help, but server side would be the actual websites issue wouldn't it?

    Yes, it's a bit of a bizarre reply because most of the advice they're giving you is for the web developer, e.g. editing .htaccess,  updating website plugins, etc. It seems like the reply was either AI generated or copied from somewhere, but it's definitely not applicable at all.
