Dragon Age Keep Internal Server Error

Anyone else getting the 500 Error message? I've been trying to load my playthroughs but I can't.

Really frustrating.

    Hey everyone,

    Currently, there are two main errors happening with the Keep at the moment.

    1. Login error - Oops an error has occurred which is this thread

    2. Internal server error 500

    If you are getting the 2nd error (500 error) please post your info on that link as this is being tracked as a separate issue. The 1st issue is an account login issue, not a server error.

    I'm having the same issue. No solution except to wait for it to be fixed, as far as I can tell.

    Yeah that's what it looks like to me as well. 

    I got one world state to load so I guess I'll just play through that until the issue is fixed.

    I'm having the same issue, the website won't load any of my world states or data at all. Just gives me the 500 Internal server error image! ☹️(

    If you are not able to log into the keep still, please post me the following info.

    • EA App/Steam/Epic:EA App
    • EA ID/Steam user ID: Cynarra
    • Windows OS: Windows 
    • Windows OS version:  22H2
    • Region: North America
    • Date this issue started (is it still happening?) June 4 2023
    • Any other errors? NO
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip: screenshot attached
    • Attach a DxDiag :yes
    • Attach the EA App Error Report ID

    Yes, same here. I was in the middle of building a World State in the Tapestry when it collapsed.

    Hopefully, they'll fix it soon.

    Yep same. I keep getting error 500, which blows because I want to start DA:I but I can't now ☹️
