Dragon Age Keep Internal Server Error

Anyone else getting the 500 Error message? I've been trying to load my playthroughs but I can't.

Really frustrating.

    Hey everyone,

    Currently, there are two main errors happening with the Keep at the moment.

    1. Login error - Oops an error has occurred which is this thread

    2. Internal server error 500

    If you are getting the 2nd error (500 error) please post your info on that link as this is being tracked as a separate issue. The 1st issue is an account login issue, not a server error.

    Let's hope this gets resolved soon. I've just beaten DA:O and 2, and was really looking forward to playing Inquisition with my save data, but the servers shut down as soon as I was going to make my finishing touches and export it...

    @EA_ShepardHey, also experiencing the Internal Error 500 on DA Keep, hoping it's resolved soon.

    • EA App/Steam/Epic: Steam
    • EA ID/Steam user ID: kavainlawliet
    • Windows OS: Win 11 Pro
    • Windows OS version: 22H2
    • Region: UK
    • Date this issue started (is it still happening?): I first noticed it yesterday (5th June), still ongoing now.
    • Any other errors?.
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip: SS attached
    • Attach a DxDiag: attached

    Yes, another user said it was back up as of yesterday, but it hasn't worked at all.
