Dragon age keep login

I am really clueless on this one.  Years ago, I created a dragon age keep account using an old work email address I no longer have access to for personal reasons.  So, I just started a playthrough of dragon age 2, and it wants to automatically connect to this old email account and I can't  change it.  I'm lost.  Has anybody else experienced anything similar?

    The Keep is normally using your EA accounts email, is that not the case for you?

    Anyway, only support can help you in this case.

    Here is the link to EA help. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.

  • No solution.  I chatted with 2 specialists, and there is no solution.  My games connect to an old email I don't have access to anymore, and Ea can't fix it.  I cannot verify the old account, so they just gave up.

    Hi @ehaat To confirm we are unable to assist with accounts or account-related issues here on the Answers HQ forums. 

    I would recommend trying the steps provided in our Help Article: I can't log in to my EA Account

    Check under the "Can’t access my email address" Section

    If the steps there do not help us further, then you can first try reaching out to the provider of the email address for assistance recovering access. If that is not possible for any reason you would need to speak with our support so they may attempt to verify your account. 

     

    As there is no additional information we can provide for this here on the forums, I will be locking this thread.
