The Keep is normally using your EA accounts email, is that not the case for you?

Anyway, only support can help you in this case.

There is no solution to this problem. Tech support can't fix it. My games automatically connect to an old email address that I can't verify. I can't change it to my new account, because I can't verify the old email. Why is this?
