Community ManagerHey @YsmirWulfharth when this issue occurs it generally can be fixed by logging out and then back in again.
If that does not help can you try using a different browser and clearing your browser cache.

I have this issue also.
Tried 3 different browsers, clearing caches, logging in and out again but without success.
Seems to be a problem with EA servers?

not working for me either, I just came back to game today tried starting a new game and had no world save data.
