Dragon Age Keep Not Working 2019

Every time that I try to load the keep a message appears saying, “Oops an error occurred.” I’ve already tried reloading the page multiple times to no avail. So, is there anything I can do to fix this...

  @EA_Darko I’m using Safari on my iPad. I am not having any luck with using Dragon Age Keep.

    I just tried with both Chrome and Edge neither worked. Pretty bummed was looking to start a new DA game.

    Also having this issue in Canada, tried 3 different browsers and opening in the private setting in edge with no luck.

  i'm currently having an issue with the dragon age keep website where a message pops up saying there was an error and to reload. logging out and logging in did not help, reloading didn't help, and i'm not sure what else to do... and i just got the xbox one version of inquisition...

    Same. I literally just thought about doing another playthrough after I finished Mass Effect for the second time and thought I'd take a look at the Keep, only to find that it's down. So sad.
