Dragon Age Keep Not Working 2019

Every time that I try to load the keep a message appears saying, “Oops an error occurred.” I’ve already tried reloading the page multiple times to no avail. So, is there anything I can do to fix this...

This keeps happening to me as well. I tried all the suggestions here and also tried making a new account just to see if that might change anything but it's the same error every time.
