Dragon Age Keep Not Working 2019

Every time that I try to load the keep a message appears saying, “Oops an error occurred.” I’ve already tried reloading the page multiple times to no avail. So, is there anything I can do to fix this...

Same issue regarding Dragon Age Keep. Am on East Coast, New England area.

@BostonVamp US Central here, I can't access either and here I was looking forward to playing a new character :/
