Dragon Age Keep Not Working 2019

Every time that I try to load the keep a message appears saying, “Oops an error occurred.” I’ve already tried reloading the page multiple times to no avail. So, is there anything I can do to fix this...

@EA_Darko Apologies for bothering you on a holiday weekend. Any update you have on the keep being down would be greatly appreciated!

    Also having this issue in Canada, tried 3 different browsers and opening in the private setting in edge with no luck.
