Dragon Age Keep problems - pre-filled DA:I inquisitor??

    I would just start a new world state and ignore that old one. Change the name so you know for sure this is the world state you will be be using, do not call it Default World State. Change all the decisions to the ones you want. After that, exit the Keep (log out) then log back in after clearing the cache on your web browser. This will make sure the Keep is loading data from its site, not displaying saved data on your computer.

    Now log back in and verify that all the decisions are still set up how you wanted and nothing was changed. Now make sure you set the world state as the exported version so it will be the data imported by DAI during character creation. It will give you a time and date stamp. This has to match what shows up during character creation. If this does not match, then you are importing default world state data. This is the default world state:

    As you can see, default warden is female and she died killing the archdemon. So it seems you keep playing the default state. So either you are not properly setting up the export, or your accounts are not properly linked.
