dragon age keep problems with backwards compatability

Ok, I've made two different characters in Dragon Age origins on the xbox one, one of which I played all the way through awakening and which hunt and they still havent shown in the keep, even though it says its connecting to the dragon age servers, and apparently succeding. I don't know if its something on my end or if it's not supposed to or what, but if someone could clarify I'd greatly appreciate it

  • @Jailbird787 The character uploads from the older games were always problematic, which is probably why they made it so all that gets used in the Keep is the picture, name and whatever character description you may have added. Actual story information (your choices etc) is not uploaded to the Keep, you must fill out the tapestry yourself. You can modify one of the custom heroes (change their name, picture and description), but none of it has much influence on the game.

You can find information on syncing custom heroes here. Just be aware that it still doesn't tend to work for many people, and as far as I'm aware there isn't much to be done about it.

You can find information/tutorials on the Keep here. Instructions on modifying a default hero can be found in this section.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Yeah, thx for trying, I didn't seem to have this problem on the 360, so I wondered if it being backward compatable on the xbox 1 had something to do with it, guess I'll keep on it then, but thnx anyway
