Dragon Age Keep Sync Issues

Hey guys,

DA:I doesn't seem to be syncing the right info (if it's syncing anything) from my past DA games. I realized something was wrong when I talked to Varric in game about the story of Hawke and he speaks of Carver as if he still lives (which is not the case in my game). So I look into my Dragon age Keep account to see that I have several DA2 characters on file (amusingly enough, many are files I've deleted years ago), but my DA:O files are not synced and the game in not registered..

BSN is asking for a registration key. How does one find a registration key for a game downloaded from PSN? Is there another method of syncing my game? Thanks in advance!
