Community ManagerThanks! I appreciate that. I am curious if there might be an issue with the controller drivers that is preventing the game from picking it up. Are you connecting the controller via USB, or are you using a wireless adapter?

Got it, thanks. Have you tried running the Windows System File Checker to see if that helps at all? If there are any issues with the system files that should be able to identify and correct them. For more information on how to run it check out the Microsoft Support website.

I ran that, it said it found some corrupt files and fixed them, I then tried it with both controllers but still not working.
