5 years agoGot it, thanks. Have you tried running the Windows System File Checker to see if that helps at all? If there are any issues with the system files that should be able to identify and correct them. For more information on how to run it check out the Microsoft Support website.
Please let me know if you're still running into any trouble with the controller after that. Thanks!

I ran that, it said it found some corrupt files and fixed them, I then tried it with both controllers but still not working.
