We are not talking unauthorized here...
We are talking about fine working DLC with missing offer (Questgiver) folders!
After contacting Support again on Wednesday I'm still waiting for EAs specialist to contact me via email...
P.S.: And to answer your question all patches are applied (at least for me).
Does The Stone Prisoner (and/or the other missing DLC) appear in your list of "Registered Game Content"?
If so, when you click on "More info - PC" do you see the following option to download TSP?

That is where I downloaded and redownloaded and installed/reinstalled them (which I should have already stated above)...
The problem is that Return to Ostagar has a Download and an Offer link, while the other two miss the offer!
Return to Ostagar has two files two download, one for content and one for the offer. Warden's Keep and Stone Prisoner do not have the offer file available. Does anyone know where to get the offer file?
