Dragon Age Origings redeeming code

Dear sir/madam,

This week I bought Dragon Age: Origings the Ultimate Edition. This game includes the original game, the expansion pack Awakening and the additional content packs. But when I try to redeem the code for the content packs, I get this message: 'Unable to redeem code. That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again. '

But I didn't use it before and I just bought this game. Please can you help me so I can play these content packs? When needed I can sent you my bill from the purchase of the game.
