Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition can't activate?

Question

I purchased Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition, and every time it prompts me for my Origin login credentials, i enter them. It then asks for my product key, which i then enter. It says it has been activated, and when i try to launch it, it says:

We're sorry, an error has occured.

Error: We could not activate Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition on this computer using your account. Please try again later.

Any help? I just want to play my game 😕mileysad:

I have this problem with a digital download (Amazon) on my AMD Athlon II X4 645 w/8GB RAM and a AMD Radeon 7700 series video card w/1GB RAM running Win7 Home Premium 64bit up to date on drivers, windoze junk, blah and showing in My Games in origins online dealie... this is from the .05 patch w/o DLC instaled. Happy "new game" feeling rapidly fading. The whole thing is turning into a headache.

I am also having this problem.Purchased the original disc.I HATE DOWNLOADS.Only becuase&nbsp;I have limited wireless internet usage.Which is why I stick with bioware and stear away from steam.But any way got the game and no go.I installed the game typed the product key in and double checked to see if&nbsp;it was correct and also went ahead and did the update and still it will not activate.New game never opened.It shipped the day it came out so I doubt its used.You think?

Answer

login to origin and then under origin(in the upper left hand corner) redeem product key. This should fix your issue. Im trying it now.

Is there a solution to this problem if my Ultimate Edition was downloaded via Steam? It keeps directing me to a page that no longer exists to activate my DLC and I would rather not have to download a whole other program to use a DLC activation code that, as evident by the previous existence of that particular BioWare website, should be able to unlock via browser.
