Dragon Age Origins : PSN Error Code 80029564 DLC can't install on PS3

Bonjour,

Durant la période des fêtes de Noël je me suis procuré le jeu Dragon Age Origins en version dématérialisée avec tous les DLC que ce jeu contient. Malheureusement, depuis peu je rencontre un problème lors de l'installation des DLC "Chasse aux sorcières" et "Prisonnier de la pierre".

Après avoir effacé les DLC puis les avoir téléchargés plus de 5 fois, je constate toujours la même erreur au même moment. L'installation recontre une erreur à 14% de l'installation du fichier et le message d'erreur "80029564" apparaît.

J'ai posé le problème sur le forum de Sony, et la réponse qui a été proposé était de contacter l'éditeur du jeu et de lui faire part du problème ...

Bien entendu, je pense que ce problème récent est lié à l'attaque DDOS que Lizard Squad a mené contre le Psn.

A priori, je pense que le fichier qui est hébergé sur le PSN Store a dû être corrompu, mais ce ne sont que des suppositions.

Y a t-il une solution à mon problème ? Comment faire pour que l'installation se fasse correctement ? Si aucune solution afin de corriger le problème existe, y a t il une possibilité de remboursement, car le produit qui a été récemment acheté (24 déc. 2014) est défectueux).

Dans l'attente d'une réponse, je vous prie de croire en mes sincères salutations.

PS: Dommage que ceci soit arivé, car j'ai toujours apprécié le travail des membres de Bioware (La saga Mass Effect, et La Saga des Dragon Age).
