Congratulations, I did not saw a necro of 8 years in a wile. 😛

The cloud save problem @EA_David talked about 8 years ago was solved, 8 years ago.

I don't know why your game is not starting, you did not really provided any relevant information, but I can tell you that it is not because of a save in the cloud.
Cloud saves are exactly that, save that are transferred from your devices hard-drive to the could.

Meaning all save files are still present on your device, no matter if it is a PC or a Console, and can be deleted even if you can't start the game.

Hey, as noted this is an old thread for an old, long-solved problem, so we'll lock it down.

@sirensjohn we'll be happy to try to help if you can provide details of your current issue hopefully we can help.

My wife has actually run into the problem of too many save files more than once (she loves her DA) so we've had to clear them out in the past.
