Yeah guys, as a player I am pretty miffed that you solved the issue for PC players but not for console, idk if you guys checked where the sales figures for adromeda came from but um...more people play consoles and you should fix this. Its not fair that your response is "It only does this but we will fix it for PC." You NEED to fix it for PS3. Some of us are excited for DA4 and are doing playthroughs and we would like for our save data and portraits to upload. Preordered DAO, ME1, ME2, ME3, DA2, DAI, and even Andromeda. Probably going to get me and my friends to spend our money elsewhere if we are going to be IGNORED and TREATED LIKE TRASH. Give us an explanation! Say No! Tell me to go away! Just tell us why and if and when this will be fixed. As consumers we deserve that. I will be bookmarking and posting daily until I am given a satisfactory hours. Most replies come in under 24 hours right?
Still no updates. I've also run out of space to make new characters. I'm kind of blown away there is no ETA on when a possible fix will happen. Can anyone please advise what is going on and when this issue will be addressed? Not a single character of mine is uploading into the keep.
Thats right. And theres also the unlockables. Its really bad to know how ea cares about its consumers. This is not the first topic about this subject. And i really lost any hope to get some answer from the company. I undertand that the game is going to make 10 years since its release and the ps3 is an old platform but the game is still for sale at psn and it still can give some revenues for the company. If a new ps3 player buy the game today he will update nothing because the servers are down for an unknown reason. But the company wiil have it share. Is it fair?
I suppose the biggest probelm besides not being able to upload into the keep is that some new players can't even access DLC. So, they've paid to not be able to use it. Just wondering when I fix will be applied....
