Dragon Age Origins CE Items Missing
Back in the day, around 2010, I purchased the Dragon Age Origins Collectors' Edition (the one that came with the three exclusive items, the Stone Prisoner DLC and the Blood Dragon Armor). Awesome product, still an ornament of my shelf, but I'm having some trouble now with the old digital content that came with it.
Right after the purchase, I used up the redeem codes for the DLCs; they worked like a charm, and of course they were listed on my profile page on the old Bioware site. I even remember finishing the game with all these add-ons. Fast forward to now: after years of absence, I've returned to the game a few weeks ago. I guess the Bioware network went through an overhaul in the intervening time, because the interface was different, and the digital content that I bought was not listed on my profile anymore. I went on to buy the Ultimate Edition on Steam, installed it still using my old Bioware account, then unlocked all the once-exclusive promotional DLCs which were made available on the Bioware Social Network for free (as you may see, I'm trying to max out the game experience). All these work just fine, but the three Collectors' Edition exclusive items I remember playing with are not included into any of the DLC packs, and I know of no way to access them.
So the gist of my question is this: is there a way to somehow get these three CE exclusive items I once possessed (Bergen's Honor helmet, Grimoire of the Forzen Wastes tome, Final Reason staff) back onto my registered game content list? The promo code for them, the one that came with the box, is not working anymore (understandably, as I used it up almost immediately in 2010), but I still have it, along with the serial number of the Collector's Edition of Origins. I mentioned the possession of the Ultimate Edition DLCs because if there is a solution to this minor problem, I would like it not to interfere with any of the other content currently listed on my profile. This whole affair is not a big deal, really, I'd just like to make most of the game world, and of the purchase of the CE box all those years ago! 🙂
