Dragon age Origins collectors edition

I purchased this game when it first came out, so I re-installed it along with Awakening, but when I tried to get all the DLC's that i used to have along with dalish promise ring, memory band, exclusive downloadable items and dragon armour, I cannot get them. now i have a game that these items and quests have disappeared. Can you please help. some areas I have found on this website to download but not the items.

Thx Jane, actually there was a very quick fix, I went into Origin and clicked on redeem codes and it was all there! everything!

@Kissingthepink I'm not sure, but it may be related to the fact that there isn't a collector's edition on Origin anymore (it's now Ultimate). Perhaps something went wrong on your account and the edition you now have in Origin doesn't match what you had previously, or is it still showing as collector's edition? My suggestion would be to contact EA Support to see if the items are perhaps not properly linked to your account anymore. Just go to https://help.ea.com, then click Contact Us and follow the relevant prompts to chat with an Advisor.
