Dragon Age Origins: DLC Missing and Content Updater Won't Start

I tried to re-install Dragon Age: Origins the other day, and most of the DLC is missing.  I followed the steps to try to turn on the content updater as outlined in the missing DLC stickied posts, but...

Nope, no key listed in the DAOriginsConfig.exe program.
