Should the steps in @EA_Illium post not work please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
None of the solutions seemed to work sadly.

Looks like your Monitor is plugged into the Intel APU port at the Motherboard.
You need to plug your Monitor into your RTX 3060.- 3 years ago
That seemed to fix it on Origins. It should also be noted, I was able to fix it on GOG by enabling legacy files. I found a YouTube video that helped. I did however have to run the programs as administrator on both for some reason. But hey, if it works it works. Thanks again folks. https://youtu.be/y1c5opN5uG0
