Dragon Age Origins for mac

Why is this game listed on biowares website as mac available? The game i bought from origin wasnt mac availible, but the bioware website said it was. What is going on? I'm so confused!

    The disc version of the game is for both Mac and Windows computers. On Origin we only have the PC version at the moment:
