dragon age origins invalid license

dragon age origins invalid license reason code= missing DLL NxCharacter.dll erorr0x7E I have tried all current fixes for this issue and none of them work

I already tried all of the steps on here none of them work I have the latest plugins both phys x and direct x I also tried to repair and I uninstalled and reinstalled nothing works

Would it be possible to try a new user or admin account?

If this continues please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID...
