Dragon Age Origins Not Accepting Game Code

I just opened a brand new copy of Origins but when I go to install it, it asks for the key. I use the key on the back of the instruction booklet but it's telling me it's not right. I've tried 4 times and no luck. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks

  • @keyser22 Hey, if that key isnt working, its probably due to the age of the game. They did expire. You can contact live support so they can check it for you, but ultimately that would need to be discussed with the retailer you purchased the game from. Support can always check if it is a valid code, or if it has been used.

You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option
