Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition: DLC not authorized

I have just bought dragon age origins ultimate edition and ive already put the code for the dlc into my social bioware account but it wont authorize ive already tryed to change the authrive 1 to 0 but when i get in i am unable to load the dlc content any help would be apprecitated.

Did you follow the instructions found in this topic: "[SOLUTIONS] UNAUTHORIZED DLC or MISSING DLC", which is pinned to the top of the forum?

yes i have and i still can access my dlc.
