Dragon Age Origins Ultimate edition DLC

I recently purchased Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate edition from the recent steam sale.  Everything downloaded and seemed perfectly fine, according to the Launcher it says I have version 1.05. I logged onto the Origin page and unlocked all of my DLC, which is all present on my account. However when I try to download any of the DLC, every single item's "required game version" is in red, and it will not let me install / use ANY of it.  I tried to do it manually, such as some of the posts I read suggested, but that did not work either. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

If this helps, when I do try to update the game manually, such as others suggested, this is the error that comes up. I deleted the part of the log that was just extracting:

It seems like it is trying to extract into a folder that doesn't exsist, since all of my DaO content is in the steam folders. Can I change this?
