Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition missing Awakening and all DLC

I bought Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition recently but when I go into the "Downloadable Content" menu from home screen there's nothing there. The "Installed Content" tab is the one that pops up and it's empty. The "Available Content" and "Download Progress" tabs are not selectable.
