Dragon Age Origins ultimate edition

So I had the ultimate edition of Dragon age origins bought for me. I do not have a hard drive for my 360 and I cant justify spending over 100 dollars to buy one. I am using a flash drive (8g) that has enough room to hold everything, but the game keeps saying hard drive required. Any advice other than purchasing all the dlc separate along with awakening would be greatly appreciated.
