dragon age origins ultimate edition

Today I purchased dragon age origins ultimate edition. When I try to install the game it asks for the serial code.the only serial code that came with is on the back of the instruction book, however it is only 16 characters long(4 blocks of 4 letters/numbers) the space on the install screen is for 20 characters(5 block of letters/numbers) how do I procedd with the install ?
