dragon age origins ultimate not showing in my libary

i have tryed installing with the discs but it asks for a code different to the codes that i have redeemed the code has four extra digits so know idea what the code for that is i thought after redeeming the codes they would show in my libary and i would be to install from there but thats not the case neither of them are showing in my libary i purchased vthe game from retail store and have the discs i have also verified the codes from email address to and still they are not showing in my games libary i have redeemed both codes for dragon age origins and awakenings and still no sign of them
