Dragon age Origins Ultimate Promo Code

So I type in my Promo code and my Cdkey for the Ultimate edition.

It registered Origins but the Promo Key isn't showing up when I check my Cdkey section. The Promo Key is saying It's already been used when I try to type it in again. I don't have access to Awakening or any DLC's

I installed it through steam and it's not letting me download any DLC's because I already have them through the ultimate edition.
