Dragon Age Origins Warden's Keep content not showing up

Hi Ive downloaded the datzip file for the game from the registered content website, https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php, and followed the instructions for the Warden's Keep dlc however there is still a problem.  I cannot find the guy in the camp who offers the quest and have even tried reinstalling the content.  Is there anything I can do to fix this?
