While not a rep, this is all the information I managed to glean from the recently closed thread that started over 4 months ago. According to the rep in that thread, they were at one point in the process of moving the data over to a new server. No idea how long that was supposed to take, but according to the customer service agent I spoke with a few nights ago the 360 version on original hardware is supposed to be working now. I own xbox one and can't confirm if it's accurate or not at the moment though...
I can confirm that the servers are still down on PS3, but I don’t know about Xbox.

I didn't have to test it to tell you that. If it was a revers compatibility issue, PC and and PS wouldn't be having the issue as well. CSR keeps telling people things are not true/blaming on the user/ISP. I used to work in a call center for Comcast, and EA probably does like them and outsources to private centers for tech/customer support. Sometimes the call centers don't get all of the info of stuff that's going on and ends up looking like ducking fools.

- 7 years ago@Danielrice12086 Some users report DLC issues when not signed in, others claim to have fixed it by unlocking the DLC from the Rewards section on Dragon Age Keep (that is in the Career section). My DLC was already at 100% so I can't verify, and my last playthrough was on PC with Origin Ultimate version while it was still possible to sign in.
With the Ultimate Edition in Origin you should be able to access all content without signing in to servers, since all the DLC get verified and unlocked on Origin client side. Can't say as to other platforms unfortunately.
